Lisa Blackburn represented the voters of Middle and Upper Sackville for eight years as the HRM Councillor for District 14, fighting to make sure residents had access to municipal services and to have their voices heard at council.

And now is ready to do that at the legislature.

Before serving on HRM Council, Lisa worked as a broadcast journalist in radio and television with Q-104, LITE 92.9, ATV and Global.
